I'm pretty surprised because they fit perfectly and my initial try on didn't seemed indicate any areas that could possibly rub. I felt they were true to size. There is a suede like 'bumper' on the inside of the back near the heel that is designed to keep the shoes from coming off of your heal â?? which I appreciate however I think that piece the culprit. I also didn't find these shoes mind-blowingly comfortable as I do the other more sporty Puma flats.

The good: These shoes are super cute and manage to elevate your look while keeping you comfy in a flat. I completely disagree that they look cheap.
