PAD Terms and Conditions By using Pay After Delivery (“PAD”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. PayPal has the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, and without prior notice, to terminate, cancel, suspend or modify these terms and conditions. PAD allows qualifying buyers to purchase eligible items online without being charged for 10 to 14 days after the purchase date. For any purchase of an eligible item, you can see when you will be charged for that purchase in two places: (1) before the purchase, on the screen where you review your information before making an online payment for an eligible item, and (2) after the purchase, by logging in to PayPal and viewing the transaction in your PayPal account activity. When you purchase an eligible item with Pay After Delivery, we pay the seller and withdraw the purchase amount from your linked bank account 14 days later. What’s Pay After Delivery? Pay After Delivery lets you receive your items before you pay for them at no extra cost. We pay the seller right away and then withdraw the purchase amount from your linked bank account between 10 and 14 days later. We will always inform you at checkout and send you notification emails 4 days prior to withdrawl from your account.
