Producing tanned products meant that there were many off-cuts, a large majority of which were simply disposed of without proper use. Month after month, the popularity of these slippers grew, and led the brothers to unfold new chapters in their story and begin opening up stores to sell their goods in. I really wanted them for our vacation this summer...but; as soon as I put it on the top of the toe arch hit joint of my big toe. Also, I normally wear an 8M in Clarks but these seemed to run a full size larger. Love, love love these shoes. Fit perfectly right out of the box. Love these, perfect fit, so comfy, I ordered wide and that is exactly what I received, not too excessive...I think I need to re-order these other colors !!

I walk a lot and my feet are so happy ! I was excited when I opened the box -- these shoes are ssoooo cute!! I had a little break-in period, but now they are very comfortable and seem to be true to size. At first, I felt a little extra pressure in the toe box, but that seems to be fine now. Wide was still too narrow for me. These shoes are extremely comfortable. No rubbing anywhere on my feet. Also, the sole material is very lightweight and quiet on hard floors. I have the blue suede and am hoping the brown and black are back in stock soon. I wear a 10 in running shoes but find I often take a 9-1/2 in oxfords and this was the case with this shoe. I wear slightly thinner socks with oxfords than I do with running shoes. I purchased this shoe in two colors. After wearing the 10W black for one day it was very obvious that it is quite wide, too wide.Just looking for a lighter shade of brown/tan.I wanted to love these. I can tell they would be comfortable if they fit.
